You have heard about mindfulness before but what is all the fuss about? Is it a new trend or a cleanse?


Mindfulness means being aware...aware of your actions, thoughts and feelings...aware of what is going on. In today’s life when we all have to juggle with multiple things at once, we tend to use our “auto-pilot” part of our brain the most. Taking the time to think about what we are doing might look like a waste of time. It is not.  Taking a step back and practicing mindfulness produce so many benefits.
