Popular resolutions like get healthy, live life to the fullest, learn new hobbies, travel more or get organized will likely be forgotten by the end of February.

Those are not resolutions but wishes.

If you want to be successful with your 2018 resolutions, here is a good way to make it happen:

  1. Set up a SMART Goal (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Time-bound)

For example: If your wish is to get healthy, be more specific. Is it losing weight? Why? How much? Your resolution could be to lose 20 pounds by the December 1st.

You will not lose 20 pounds by tomorrow so what are the steps to get there. Exercise, diet… You can plan to exercise 3 hours a week and lower your carb intake.

The less you have to put away, the less chances your home will be cluttered.

Clutter is a collection of things in your home that take up space, and are not used or looked at for more than 6 months.
